I believe simple is the silent hero. Big ideas all start out small, don't kid yourself. I sit around and unpack words. Jargen is nice but buzzword or not, the idea needs to speak volumes on it's own. I like to measure what matters. Numbers aren't relevant because you want them to be. Strategy is about the human. I do stand behind humanizing brands though. Purpose matters, and those witout purpose are a few steps to far behind. I love 'funny' and I love 'smart'. If it's over my head, don't worry. . . I'll google it.
